During summer, I often eat hiyashi chuka, cold noodles topped with some ingredients like ham, eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers. It also has a slightly sweet sauce. I like to think about which pair of the toppings I'll eat next. Whenever eating hiyashi chuka, I feel like this season isn't so bad.
